1 & 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup or any kind of natural sweetener

- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Let sit on the counter for 10 minutes, giving it a stir every 2-3 minutes.
- Cover and place in the fridge to firm up for 2-3 hours.
