1/4 cup chia seeds

1 & 1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp maple syrup or any kind of natural sweetener

Optional Toppings: Dragon fruit, homemade granola,…


  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Let sit on the counter for 10 minutes, giving it a stir every 2-3 minutes.
  3. Cover and place in the fridge to firm up for 2-3 hours.
  4. Remove, serve with your fav, toppings and enjoy.
