Vegan Chocolate Waffles


INGREDIENTS

(2 servings)

90g oats flour

60g dates

150ml plant based milk

1 spoon cacao powder unsweetened

1 spoon flax meal

1 teaspoon coconut oil

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch salt

Topping: Berries, Agave sirup, cacao nibs, peanut butter, etc..

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a food processor, blend all the ingredients.
  2. Lightly grease the wafles maker and pour the dough.
  3. Bake for 10 or 15 min, depending of the Wafles maker type.
  4. Top with your favourite toppings like berries, agave syrup, cacao nibs, peanut butter, etc.
